Share your portfolio, a few available paintings and a little about your practice.
2. Curation review
Our team reviews every application for quality, originality and fit with our venues.
3. Onboarding
If selected, we sign a simple consignment agreement, photograph and document your work, and agree prices with you.
4. On display
Your paintings are placed in venues matched to your style.
5. Sold
You're notified when a painting sells, and paid your 65% by bank transfer within 10 working days.

A note on curation
We don't accept every application, and we'll always tell you where you stand. Being curated is what makes ArtWhere valuable to venues, to buyers, and to you. If it isn't the right fit now, we'll say so kindly, and you're welcome to apply again with new work.
- Original paintings only. Acrylic, oil, watercolour, gouache, mixed media on canvas, board or paper.
- Ready to hang. Finished, signed, framed or gallery-wrapped as agreed.
- Sizes that suit real spaces. Most works between 12" × 12" and 36" × 48" travel and sell best.
- Fair, accessible prices. Most of our work sells between ₹2,000 and ₹10,000. We'll help you price for this setting.
- A consistent voice. We'd rather see ten paintings that feel like you than thirty that don't.
- Based in or around Hyderabad. For now. Other cities soon.

Is there a fee to apply or exhibit?
No. There are no application, listing or hanging fees.
How much do I earn when a painting sells?
65% of the sale price.
Who owns the painting while it's on display?
You do. Paintings are placed on consignment and remain yours until sold.
Who sets the price?
We agree it together. We'll share what sells well in our venues (most works sell between ₹2,000 and ₹10,000), but the final price is agreed with you in writing.
How and when am I paid?
By bank transfer, within 10 working days of the sale, with a statement for every painting sold.
What happens if my painting doesn't sell?
We may move it to another venue where it might find the right buyer. If it's retired from display, we return it to you within 14 days.
